On 16th February 1964, Günther Stern married Ruth Leah Browne (formerly Florence Browne) in London, bringing together two very different families: the Stern and Browne Families. Both families were recent migrants. The Browne Family immigrated to Australia and the Stern Family emigrated from Germany.
The website contains pages on each major family and corresponding family trees as well as trees of all known ancestors of Günther and Ruth Leah. There is also a page on what we can learn from DNA analysis.
The family trees are hosted on MyHeritage. The data for individual families are from Geni and will be periodically updated. There is also a common "forest" family tree derived from various sources. You will be able to produce different visualizations of the trees including very cool fan charts. You can see the family trees without a MyHeritage membership, but all living people will be marked as private with just their family names visible. To see information on living people, you will need to first get a MyHeritage membership. You can get a free membership by signing up and just not giving them your credit card details. Then, ask David to send you an invite to the site hosted on MyHeritage.
Because exports from Geni do not download attached photographs, the family trees do not include embedded photos. To see the original photos, visit Geni.
